What is the difference between scrubs and polishes?
The difference between a scrub and a polish is the size of the exfoliants used to remove pore clogging dead cells and dirt from your skin.
However, what is a scrub to one person may be a polish for another person and visa versa. It is a personal preference as to which one feels good and works.
Scrubs usually contain large exfoliants such as sugar or salt. These larger exfoliants tend to be stronger in their ability to clean.
Polishes on the other hand are made with smaller exfoliants like seeds from strawberries, jojoba spheres, or finely ground fibres like apricot kernel, rosehip, cranberry, and many others to exfoliate skin.
