The process of detangling matted hair can be really difficult, and many times painful, especially for people who have naturally curly hair. You may also suffer much hair loss.
Sometimes cutting off the tangles remains the only option.
But there are some ways in which you can go about detangling your hair easily or with little effort.
One great way of detangling is to use a nutritive oil so that your hair becomes smooth and slides against each other without friction.
To start, take coconut, olive or any other hair oil and warm it for several minutes. Next apply the warm oil to the tangles and the scalp.
Another method of untangling matted curly hair is using a good conditioner. After washing your hair with your usual shampoo dry it with a towel and apply a good conditioner and keep it on for at least one hour or longer.
With some effort and patience you will be able to untangle your hair.
