Hemp Seed Oil (Cannabis sativa)
Hempseed is considered a ‘superfood’ for many reasons. Cold-pressed, unrefined hemp oil is light green, with a nutty, grassy flavor. The Ancient Chinese relied on hempseed as both a food and medicine. Hempseed also has high levels of vitamins A, C and E and β-carotene, and it is rich in minerals. Hempseed contains a variety of plant sterols and that are said to reduce inflammation. Its anti-inflammatory benefits, are thought to reduce redness and is recommended for psoriasis and eczema. Pracaxi Seed Oil (Pentaclethra macroloba)
The pracaxi is a very well-known tree in the Amazon Region, famous among local inhabitants for its anti-hemorrhagic and anti- bacterial qualities. The oil extracted from its seeds is a powerful dermatological moisturizer, excellent for cell rejuvenation. The Pracaxi tree is native to the wet tropical areas around the north eastern part of South America. the is medium size tree bears half-moon shaped fruit pods, containing 4 to 8 seeds from where this extraordinary oil is obtained. Pracaxi oil is obtained by cold press method. Pracaxi oil has been called ‘miracle’ oil for its multitude of uses.
Andiroba Oil (Carapa guianensis)
Andiroba is a large and towering tree found in the tropical rain forests of Brazil and Colombia. Andiroba oil contains the component limonoid which is said to have anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. Andiroba oil is a rich source of essential fatty acids including oleic, palmitic, stearic, and linoleic acids. Andiroba oil is well known in Brazil and used to heal and improve many skin conditions. Andiroba oil helps restore balance and allows your skin to heal itself.
Aloe Vera (Aloe barbadensis)
Aloe Vera has been used for improving skin conditions as the ancient Egyptians called it the “plant of immortality.” A succulent plant with rejuvenating and soothing properties, aloe vera holds many benefits for the skin. First of all, thanks. I have used your Eczema Psoriasis vinegar, lotion and soap to treat skin rashes that occurred (heavily) this past December. According to my family physician and personal dermatologist, the rashes developed through ;contact; and/or neurogical circumstances. I also had a severe allergic reaction to one of the creams the dermatologist prescribed and stopped using them. But, all my rashes have cleared up and my skin is back to normal.
