Return Policy
- We want you to love your hair and skin care products.
- If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your order within 30 days of receipt.
- For sanitary health concerns, we do not allow exchanges.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed from the time we receive it.
- Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment that you used to purchase.
- We will email you a notice of your refund when it is issued.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages
If your package was damaged in transit, you must notify us within two business days so we can claim with the carrier. Do not discard the damaged packaging if the carrier wants to inspect the box and contents.
